The successor to the rugged Casio G’zOne Ravine has just announced by Verizon Wireless. It is called the Casio G’zOne Ravine 2 and designed for workers in hazardous environments such as transportation, construction, the military, and law enforcement.
Casio G’zOne Ravine 2 phone is a flip-styled phone with rugged-designed handset that meets military standards 810G certification for water, immersion, shock and dust resistance, humidity, altitude, vibration, solar radiation, low and high temperatures.
Users can use this Casio rugged phone almost anywhere (more 200 countries) in the world since comes with global roaming capabilities. The Casio G’zOne Ravine 2 has a 1.38-inch external color display, an internal screen, Push-to-Talk capable, a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash and video recording.
New G’zOne Ravine 2 is also provides 2.5mm headset jack, Bluetooth, GPS, and a microSD card slot (up to 32GB). It is also pre-installed with Opera Mini browser, VZ Navigator and G’zGear software.
