HP iPAQ Glisten – Smartphone Based on Windows Mobile 6.5


Hewlett-Packard Company has announced HP iPAQ Glisten smartphone for the U.S. operator AT & T.
The device is designed for networks of GSM / GPRS / EDGE and UMTS / HSDPA, runs based on the Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system and is made in bar form factor.

The new smartphone is equipped with 2.5-inch touchscreen AMOLED-display, an integrated QWERTY-keyboard, processor, Qualcomm 7200A, 256 MB RAM SDRAM, 512 MB memory flash, micro USB port, 3,5-mm audio connector, microSD-slot, 3, 1-megapixel camera modules wireless Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g and Bluetooth 2.0, as well as GPS-receiver with AGPS.
Dimensions of the phone are 112,8 x62, 8×13, 4 mm, while the weight is 132 grams.
The smartphone HP iPAQ Glisten will go on sale at AT & T in the coming weeks and will be priced at $229.99 with a two-year contract and rebates.
