Motorola announces DROID XYBOARD 8.2 and 10.1 4G LTE tablets, coming to Verizon this month



Motorola and Verizon Wireless has announced 2 new DROID XYBOARD tablets. They have also announced DROID RAZR in white color. Both these tablets support Verizon’s 4G LTE network and is powered by dual-core 1.2 GHz processors and runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb (upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich).It comes with scratch-resistant corning gorilla glass displays with water-repellent nanoparticles makes them resistant to accidental spills and splashes, 1 GB of RAM, MotoCast for remote access to non DRM-protected music, pictures, videos and documents stored on work or home computers.
These tablets come with 10.1-inch and 8.2-inch high-definition In-Plane Switching (IPS) displays and features 5MP HD camera with digital zoom, autofocus and LED flash and a 1.3MP front facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n.
It also comes with enterprise-grade security and apps such as Quickoffice HD for document editing and creation, Citrix GoToMeeting for productivity and collaboration and Google Talk for video conferencing.
DROID XYBOARD 10.1 is priced at $529.99 for 16 GB , $629.99 for 32 GB and $729.99 for 64 GB with a new two-year customer agreement. DROID XYBOARD 8.2 is priced at $429.99 for 16 GB , $529.99 for 32 GB with a new two-year customer agreement. White DROID RAZR is priced at $299.99 with a new two-year customer agreement.
Both these DROID XYBOARD tablets and the white DROID RAZR would be available from Verizon Wireless Communications Stores and online this month. As a special promitional offer customers would get $100 off a DROID XYBOARD tablet and $50 off select Motorola accessories for a limited time on purchase of a DROID RAZR by Motorola with a new two-year customer agreement.
