Lenovo has launched a 5-inch LePad S2005 tabletphone and 2 tablets LePad S2007 and LePad S2010 featuring 7-inch and 10.1-inch displays. The LePad S2005 runs on Android 2.3.5 and boasts Qualcomm dual-core 1.2GHz CPU and would launch in other countries as IdeaTab. Both the LePad S2007 and LePad S2010 would feature Qualcomm dual-core 1.5GHz CPU and run on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb), 1GB RAM and 1,280 x 800 IPS display.
The LePad S2005 comes with a 5-inch 800 x 480 LTPS display with 178-degree viewing angle, 1GB RAM, 5 MP camera with 1080p video recording and 1.3MP video calling camera. It is 9.95mm-thick and weighs 198g. It has 1,680mAh battery.
Both the LePad S2007 and LePad S2010 would come with 8MP camera with 1.3MP video calling camera, integrated 3G with support for China Telecom’s EV-DO plus China Unicom’s WCDM. The LePad S2007 comes with 3,780mAh battery and the LePad S2010 comes with 7,560mAh battery.
The LePad S2005 tabletphone would be available by this week and the LePad S2007 and LePad S2010 would be available by December. Prices of these devices have not been revealed yet.
