Samsung launches White Galaxy S2 HD LTE in Korea


Samsung has launched the white version of the Galaxy S 2 LTE in Korea. This comes with a ceramic white color on both front and rear sides that would attract mainly women and youth market in Korea. They launched the LTE version of the Galaxy S2 in Korea this September.
The white colored Samsung Galaxy S 2 LTE HD comes with a 4.65-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.5GHz dual-core processor, LTE and HSPA+ support, 8MP auto focus camerawith LED flash, 1080p full HD video recording and a 2MP front facing video calling camera, 16GB memory, expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD, NFC support and 1850 mAh battery.

Facebook for Android gets updated to version 1.8 that brings new features such as easier navigation to oups, apps, pages, and settings, better search and photos, faster navigation, games and apps and more. Facebook for iPhone v4.0 got these features recently.

Blackberry Milan : First Blackberry 10 based handset leaks




Hot on the heels of the announcement of the Blackberry 10 announcement comes the first leaked handset based on the new OS. The slider which is codenamed Milan joins  the London, Lisbon and Nevada which are also part of RIM’s 2012 lineup.
Details about the handset are scarce but the render displays the absence of the optical trackpad , call, hang-up and menu and back buttons. The OS is expected to be heavily influenced by QNX on the Blackberry Playbook and will rely on gestures for completing actions. Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc HD (Nozomi) image surface in Hong Kong


New image of Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc HD ( Previously known as Nozomi LT26i) has surfaced in Hong Kong which is reportedly going through carrier testing. The phone has Sony Ericsson brand name on the top and has a new Xperia UI. There is a front-facing camera on the top-right and there are 3 capacitive touch buttons for back, home and menu. Xperia Blog got hold of a rendered image last week and the device resembles the image.
It is expected to sport a 4.3-inch (720 x 1280 pixels) display and run 1.5GHz dual-core processor. It might come with 12MP camera with Sony’s Exmor R technology, 1GB RAM, 32GB ROM and a sealed 1750mAh battery. It is not clear which version of Android it would run, however it would get the Android 4.0 update eventually if it runs on Android 2.3 initially. The phone is expected to launch at CES 2012 similar to theXperia Arc.

GTA III coming to select Android and iOS devices on December 15th for $4.99




Rockstar Games has announced that Grand Theft Auto III would be available for select new generation iOS and Android devices on December 15th for $4.99. They are celebrating 10th anniversary of theirpopular Game by launching it on iOS and Android. They already posted list of devices in October, now they have updated the list by adding few more devices. They would also release a new trailer during the launch.
New list of supported devices include
Apple iOS Devices: iPad 1 & 2, iPhone 4 & 4S, iPod touch 4th Generation
Android Phones: HTC Rezound, LG Optimus 2x, Motorola Atrix 4G, Motorola Droid X2, Motorola Photon 4G, Samsung Galaxy R, T-Mobile G2x

They have also posted screenshots of the game on Android and iPhone.

Twitter for BlackBerry v2.1 leaves beta, now available from App World



Twitter for BlackBerry has been updated to v2.1.0.27. Version 2.1 Beta was launched in BlackBerry Beta Zone this October that included Multiple account support and better profile functions for editing and account switching. The new version also includes enhanced BBM Share functionality.

Android Ice Cream Sandwich teased on Notion Ink Adam Tablet



Notion Ink has uploaded an Image of the Notion Ink Adam tablet running on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). They confirmed in September that the tablet would get the Ice Cream Sandwich update andposted last month that they started building after Google launched the Android 4.0 source code. Laterthey said they were expecting the Android 4.0 source code in early November but due to the delay they need extra time and said the builds here have passed the ALSA issue.
The Notion Ink Adam was showcased at CES 2011 and later launched in January. It came with customized version Android 2.2 (Froyo) and later got an update to Android Honeycomb. There is no exact date when this update would be available, more information would be available soon.
